Lera is a Jewish immigrant from Omsk, Russia. She grew up in near proximity to China and Kazakhstan and therefore was introduced to Eastern medicine practices like cupping and herbalism at a young age.
In her spare time, Lera enjoys working with plants, adventuring in nature, and hanging out with her partner and two cats.
